Bake at 425 F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Slice green onions dividing the white and green portions. If you don’t have taco seasoning, add a ½ teaspoon of cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Add cayenne pepper, diced jalapeños, or hot salsa to make this dip more spicy. Evenly spread the salsa, then the sour cream (with back of a spoon after stirring to loosen up), then sprinkle on the cheddar cheese, olives, tomatoes and green onions and refrigerate before serving. Use this as one of the layers in a seven layer bean dip. Mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning and spread into the bottom layer of your casserole dish. Transfer to a heavy oven-safe skillet and top with shredded cheese. Sub the refried beans for pureed white beans to make a white bean dip recipe. Spoon a layer of chili over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Smooth cream cheese out on the plate with a spatula. Let it warm up for 5-10 minutes to soften. Finally, stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese. Mix in refried beans until combined well. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Sprinkle with both shredded cheeses, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is slightly brown and dip is hot and bubbly around the edges. Place the block of cream cheese on a microwave safe plate, platter or glass pie dish you are going to use to make the dip. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread into a 9x13 EZ Foil® by Hefty® Bakeware Pan. For warm bean dip, mix beans (puréed or whole), cream cheese, and salsa in a bowl. With a mixer, whip together cream cheese, beans, taco seasoning and sour cream until smooth.Add cream cheese, salsa, and shredded cheese.
